Auto Send by Qlinical ("the App") requires access to your Google Sheets and Google Slides to merge data and generate certificates or invitations. All data processing occurs directly within your Google Workspace environment. We do not transmit, store, share, or sell your Google Drive data, spreadsheet contents, or generated documents on external servers.
The App’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you utilize the automated email feature, the App sends emails on your behalf using your connected Gmail account. We do not intercept, monitor, or store the contents of these emails, nor do we harvest recipient email addresses.
